Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on any full priced item, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note, certain types of items cannot be returned. All sale items, gift cards, custom products (special orders or personalized items) and any items described as "one of a kind" are not eligible for return. 

To start a return, please log into an existing or create a new Customer Account.

Once approved, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without an approved return authorization will not be accepted. 

Please remember to keep your tracking number for future reference. 

Allow up to 10 business days after receipt of your return for processing and issuing your refund.

We will notify you once via once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
